The beauty of different people and personalities is that more viewpoints are covered.Kind of like the story of the blind mice feeling up different parts of an elephant.It's limiting to only have one approach or vision for any one project.If everyone respects each others perceptions, than combinations of vision are more whole. Teamwork is project over personality. A structure for democracy and respectful boundaries must be in place so that people can feel equal connection without feeling overwhelmed or bullied. Work manners and professionalism are the diplomatic language and lubricant of balancing a wide range of personalities.At least that's what this blind mouse thinks.:) Different people united by the same purpose.
